Condition Breakdown

If the product is not in it’s original shrink wrap, it will be labeled as either Used or Excellent. The following table provides information on the different wear that is often seen on DVDs.

Condition Grade (For Used DVDs)

For the category Used, the Condition Grade is designed to give you an idea of the severity of wear to the product.

5/5: Light wear on case and disc

4/5: Visible but still minor wear

3/5: Clearly visible wear

2/5: Heavy wear or clear damage to some parts of the product

1/5: Heavy wear or clear damage to all parts of the product

When you buy a DVD in this category, you can expect the disc to be in great condition. You will not see any harsh scratches, clear fingerprints or smudge marks on the readable side and it should appear somewhat similar to a newly purchased DVD.
